Jnana Mudra can connect us to our higher self, it eliminates dull energy, and it makes us more welcoming, calms the mind, and improves the human mood. You can use this mudra in meditation, pranayama, and asana.
How to do jnana Mudra:
- Rest your hands on top of your thighs and open your palms.
- Gently tuck the tip of the index finger under the tip of the thumb, keeping the remaining three fingers lightly extended.
- Relax the back of the hands on top of the thighs, with the palms facing upward.
