Dhyana mudra usually uses for meditation. Most yogis will use this mudra when they need to have concentrate on their mind. This gesture is also known as samadhi mudra or the sign of enlightenment.
How to do Dhyana Mudra:
- Bring your hands to the contemplative gesture of meditation seal by resting them, upturned, at your navel with the right hand on top.
- Bring the thumbs together to touch at the tips, forming a triangle.
