Sit and performance Easy Pose. Make sure your back is straight. Close your eyes. If it is possible for you, practice in nature away from the noise. Close your eyes. Put your fingers in the Mudra position and put your hands on your knees and meditate for 1 minute. Now place your hands in front of your throat as you imagine a bowl on your hands, and stay at this position for 1 minute as your eyes are closed and you should have inhale and exhale from your nose. Now hook your little fingers and index fingers together and try to open the hook by pulling your hands and bring your hands up and down at the same time. Make sure your eyes are closed and you should have inhale and exhale from your nose. Do this exercise for 1 minute. Finally, place your hands in front of your throat again as you imagine a bowl on your hands, and as your eyes are closed, take a deep breath through your nose and and then exhale through your mouth with Om voice.
