Sit and performance Easy Pose. Make sure your back is straight. Close your eyes. If it is possible for you, practice in nature away from the noise. Close your eyes. Put your fingers in the Mudra position and put your hands on your knees and meditate for 1 minute. Now put your hands over your head and stay at this position for 1 minute, then bring your hands down from your arms again and place them next to your body and stay at this position for 1 minute. Make sure your eyes are closed, your back is straight and both inhale and exhale have to be from your nose. Finally, have a deep breath and then finish the exercise with an exhale through your mouth with Om voice.
