Abhaya Hridaya Mudra is to find the courage to keep your heart open and in love, especially during difficult times of your life when fear, hatred, or anger overwhelm you.
How to do Abhaya Hridaya Mudra:
- Clasp your palms together and make the Anjali Mudra move.
- Now place your right wrist on your left wrist against your chest so that your palms are not facing each other.
- Stick your hands behind each other.
- Circle your right index finger around your left index finger. Circle your right middle finger around your left middle finger. Now wrap your right little finger around your left little finger.
- Place your right ring finger on your right thumb and place your left ring finger on your left thumb.
- Keep this sign in front of your heart so that your heart will always remain open and in love, especially in times of fear, hatred and anger.
