How to do Tree Pose

Step 1
Stand with your feet together, inner ankles and inner knees touching. Exhale, and performance Tadasana, or Mountain Pose. Bring the hands together at the center of the chest in Anjali Mudra.

Final Step
Shift your weight onto your right foot. Bend your left knee. Place the sole of the left foot on the inner. Press your left foot into the inner right thigh and your right thigh into your foot right thigh.
Come out from the pose: With a deep breath stand as mountain pose.
✕Tip for beginners: If you have a problem with the pressure of the sole of the foot on the thigh, place a towel between the soles of your feet and your thighs.
