Now put your hands on your eyes and forehead and stay at this position for 1 minute as your eyes are closed and you have inhale and exhale through your nose. Now sit on your knees and put your hands on your knees and prostrate and stick your forehead on the ground and go up again and do this exercise for 1 minute. Make sure your eyes are closed and both inhale and exhale have to be from your nose. Finally, as you sit on your knees, place your hands on your knees with your palms facing up, and close your eyes, take a deep breath through your nose and then exhale through your mouth with Om voice.
