Om meaning goes back to ancient India. It is part of the symbolism that found in ancient and medieval era manuscripts which means any document that is written by hand. The Om also returned in Hinduism, Buddhism, and also Jainism. The sound of om has a spiritual meaning in religion of the Buddha. It is also used at the beginning and the end of chapters in some of the ancient religious texts and other Hindu texts. Om also is a holy spiritual magic made before and during some spiritual activities such as Yoga.
The Om is referred to as Praṇava which literally means that by which God is effectively praised. Om firstly was mentioned in the ancient Sanskrit texts, the ancient Greek texts associated with on of the schools of Hindu philosophy , it’s name is the Vedanta philosophy school. The sound of Om also evolves many ideas in the earliest ancient Sanskrit texts. Mr. Max Müller and other researchers recommend to use it as a word for meditation. It also illustrates various meanings that the Om maybe in the mind of one meditating.
